Responsibilities:
- Individual will need to "hit the ground running"
and require little supervision
- Cradle-to grave contracts administration
- Must have strong experience in reviewing statements of work
(SOW), performance-based SOWs

- Temporary Administrative and Professional Staffing GS-07F-5582R
(TAPS Schedule 736)
- Cost and performance measurement techniques, quality assurance
surveillance plans, and quality related evaluation factors
- The candidate will provide professional services in support
of Simplified Acquisitions, and complex acquisitions from inception
through contract award, and administration and closeout
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Independent research and analysis, preparation of reports and
briefing and coordination of program requirements with agency's
program office and contracts organizations
- Ability to provide clear leadership, technical direction, and
guidance to all levels of acquisition personnel
- Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy and Agency
directives
- Experience with, or in support of, a Government contracting
office a must
- Work experience includes use of GSA Schedules, GWACs, and Federal
Acquisition Relations (FAR)
- Experience in the use of Contract Types to best suit the requirementEducation
- Successfully completed a four-year course of study leading to
a Bachelor's degree is desired. Minimum of six (6) years of experience
in conducting comprehensive acquisition support
- Completed at least twenty-four semester hours in any combination
of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts,
purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative
methods, or organization and management
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Proffered or 5 years experience
